Kids - learn 'survival' skills, visit with Jungle Terry, climb the rock wall and make cool survival crafts. We'll tap to the beat of the Steel Drum Band, chow down on a full pancake breakfast, and the Boy Scouts will conduct a flag retirement ceremony as we honor those who served our country.
June 1-3: “Mystery Weekend!”
Kids crafts and, well, a mystery! The Moonlight Madness Sale is no mystery — all fun, food, and great deals!
June 8-10: W.H.A.L.E. Weekend —
'We Have A Little Emergency!'
From an RV Emergency seminar, to CPR and First Aid, Car Seat checks and a smoke trailer, we'll help you and your family prepare for a safe summer.
June 15-17: Hooray for Dads!
Celebrate our men with the 3rd Annual Men's Tournament, crafts for kids, and a Pig Roast $. Don't miss the Hermitage Car Show on Sunday!
June 22-24: Fruit of the Vine
We'll celebrate with a wine tasting evening for adults $, and a separate kids' activity. The June/December Kids Birthday Party and Ladies Tournaments means something for everyone.
June 29 – July 8: Fourth of July Palooza!!
Start with the infamous Pirate Weekend from the 29th to July 1, add Horseshoe Tournaments and Movie Night; then add sparkle to July 4th with the annual Parade, including patriotic pets, bikes and golf carts, and the Radio Control Boat Regatta. Kids Carnival Weekend wraps up 10 days of fun, along with Buffo the Clown! Plan on Saturday morning breakfast both weekends. Join us for a long weekend or make it a memorable vacation week!
July 13-15: Wonder Weekend!
The 'Creation Station' is back with new and fun experiments, as well as a Nature Scavenger Hunt and the July/January Birthday Party.
July 20-22: Water Wars Weekend!
Splish Splash! Come armed and prepared for fun and laughs as we host a camp-wide water wars — with a lot of help from the Transfer Volunteer Fire Department! But don't dry off, because we still have a Wet 'n Wild Hayride and a Teens Only Pool Party!
July 27-29: Christmas in July!
We'll share a community turkey dinner, do seasonal kids crafts, and light up the sky with decorations to determine the annual Griswald Award. Santa arrives by Golf Cart to bring gifts and see who's been naughty or nice!
August 3-5: Challenge Weekend
Featuring beach ball volleyball, an obstacle course, free throw basketball, and hula hoop contest! Work up an appetite and enjoy our Progressive Dinner as campground 'neighborhoods' host a different course for the evening meal.
August 10-12: Magic Weekend!
We'll pull some 'Shenango Magic' out of our hat, with magical crafts and The Comic Magician! Kids, bring your best tricks and learn a few more at our August/February Birthday Party.
August 17-19: Rockin' Weekend!
The Rock Fairy arrives to hide coded rocks throughout the park for prizes, we'll paint crazy rock critters, and compete in a rock crawl with Radio Control trucks.
August 24-26: Loved the '60's Weekend!
Tie dye Shenango Shirts then jam with our oldies DJ.
August 31 – September 3: Labor Day Western Weekend!
We'll rustle up a full pancake breakfast, make great kids crafts, and hold a chili and cornbread cook-off. Then enjoy the amazing animals of the TNT Ranch Petting Zoo, and get ready to enjoy some great blue-grass and more with The Red Mountain Boys!
September 7-9
Kids may be back to school, but they still own the weekend! It's back-to-school bingo, the September/March Birthday Party, and our famed and fun Moonlight Madness Sale!
September 14-16: Lego Weekend!
Lego builders unite to compete in our Lego Builder Competition for all ages! Special deals on all Lego products in the store.
September 21-23: Apple Butter Weekend!
Cooked outdoors in a copper kettle, enjoy fresh apple butter, hot biscuits and potato soup, along with the camper potluck. There's no better way to celebrate fall!
September 28-30: Halloween Weekend #1
Choose your special pumpkin from the Pumpkin truck; enjoy pumpkin games, face painting, and a scarecrow contest! Then head through the Haunted Maze, if you dare!
October 5-8: Halloween Weekend #2
Enjoy the long weekend of Columbus Day! Costume parade, Camp-wide Trick-or-treat, compete for the best decorated site (our Ghoul Award), enjoy crafts for the kids, and of course, the Haunted Maze! Stay Monday at half price!
